How long does it take to ship to my address?

Orders are shipped from South Florida. Our Shipping method and time frame are:

USPS Standard 5-7 Business days

USPS Priority 2-4 Business days

Most orders placed before 2:00PM EST are shipped the same business day, (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed before 2pm EST during business days are shipped on the same day for orders that are paid with credit card without any complications. Orders placed after 2pm and during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the NEXT business day. How do you ship your products, and what’s the minimum order for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on any order over $99.00. Standard packages are delivered through US Post Office. The standard delivery time is between 5-7 business days, however, we do not have control over this and especially during the holiday season the post office is a bit slower. For standard shipping, please make sure that the shipping box says standard shipping. We are not responsible for delays in shipments caused by the USPS, UPS or any other carrier.

Our speediest service, Express Mail® delivers your packages overnight to most locations. If you need supplies FAST, we highly recommend USPS Express Mail®.

If you would like to use UPS Next Day Air (usually more expensive), please select it from the drop down box. Whether it is The US Postal service or UPS, you will be sent a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays in shipments caused by the USPS, UPS or any other carrier.

    What if one of my items is Late, Lost in Transit?

    •Carrier Rules and Regulations – We ship per each carrier’s rules and regulations and are bound to their policies.

    •Once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier the liability of the package no longer lies with Diabetessupplies4less.com nor are we liable for lost or stolen merchandise. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

    •DS4L has NO control over a carrier’s actual delivery time or their decision as to whether your location is considered “safe” to leave a package.

    •If a delivery attempt has been made, the carrier will leave a notice which the recipient must follow.

    •We will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed and File a Claim.

    We sell diabetic supplies at a large discount. Because Diabetic Testing Manufacturers will not sell directly to small companies like ours; we leave the product responsibility with the manufacturer. This is common practice in our industry, Diabetic Testing Manufacturers (Abbott, Bayer, Lilly, etc.) all prefer to support their own medical products, due to the sensitive nature of their business, quality control, and product liability. If there is a manufacturer’s defect in your discount glucose test strips or any of our products, we will provide you with the manufacturer’s phone number.

    We are NOT health care professionals. We cannot give any advice to the effectiveness of products, frequency, or delivery of any product we sell. We are only responsible for delivery of diabetic supplies; any claims to the potency or ineffective nature, or inaccurate results must be resolved by the Manufacturer of the product.
